Announcement: the date of the Beethoven Folksong Recital starring me and nine other depressed music majors has been rescheduled to Nov 29, 2006 at 8:00, in the Sherman VanSolkema Recital Hall at GVSU. Any readers are forthwith invited to attend. Another concert of note is a Mozart performance by A. Reichert with the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra on Friday Nov. 17 at 8:00. There will also be a performance of Copland's Applacian Spring.
